How do I block my Up Luxembourg card in the event of loss or theft ?

Has your Up Luxembourg card been lost or stolen ? There are several ways to block it immediately:

– Via the mobile app, under the “My cards” tab, available soon.
– Via MyUp Luxembourg, on the home page, via “Block card”.
– Via our customer service number +352 27 94 08 92 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). Don’t forget to have your national registration number ready when you contact us.
Your employer can also block your card himself via his own customer area.
